BoatSched is a fleet management platform built specifically for rowing clubs. We help clubs organise their boats, streamline bookings, track maintenance, and manage their members, all in one place.
Our Story
BoatSched was born from first-hand experience in the rowing community. We saw clubs juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper sign-up sheets to manage their fleets. Equipment managers had no easy way to track maintenance, coaches couldn't see who was booked on what, and members were left guessing which boats were available.
We set out to build something better: a simple, modern platform that handles the operational side of running a rowing club, so everyone can focus on what matters: getting on the water.
Based in the United Kingdom, BoatSched is available to rowing clubs of all sizes across the world, from small community clubs with a handful of boats to larger organisations with extensive fleets.
